Changes to color, designs, or dimensions will not be accepted after 3 business days of placing your order. If changes are requested after this time period there may be an additional charge applied depending on the amount changed.
Full payment must be received before Rustic Luxe Designs will begin working on an order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our goal is that you love your purchases! However, due to the nature of each product being custom built and made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please look over your confirmation email and verify that dimensions, colors and design styles are correct. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Rustic Luxe Designs offers free shipping to orders shipped to the United States and Canada. All custom built products will take up to 10 weeks to ship after order date and will arrive in one piece. Free local pickup is also available to customers in Tampa, Florida and must be picked up within 14 days of being notified that an order is complete. Gift cards are emailed to the purchaser within a few hours of purchase. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not yet received an email containing your gift card.
Please be sure the shipping address provided on the invoice is the correct destination address. Rustic Luxe Designs is not responsible for reconsignment charges and you will not be refunded for your purchased items if they do not arrive. However, we will help in any way possible in contacting the shipping companies to reach out to you and have this promptly corrected.
We strive to ship out all purchased items within 10 weeks of your order. We package each product carefully and securely to ensure no damages occur. We also work very closely with our shipping carriers with confidence that your packages are handled with the best of care.
Ground & Home Delivery
Smaller items, such as gates and saloon doors, that are shipped domestically are sent via Ground or Home Delivery. Depending on the destination, the transit time can take between 1 to 10 business days.
Large items, such as doors, shipped domestically are shipped via one of our freightliners and subject to flat rate charges, which vary according to product type. All Rustic Luxe Designs shipping costs include the following: residential delivery curbside, lift-gate and delivery appointment; any additional accessorial must be paid by the consignee or approved by Kristan Haddad at Rustic Luxe Designs. The average freight transit time within the United States is approximately between 2 to 14 business days depending on the destination.
It is the client’s responsibility to inspect their order as closely as possible before signing the delivery receipt. You have full rights to refuse the shipment if you see or suspect damage. Once we receive the shipment back, we will then inspect the shipment and make any repairs that are needed. If the repairs are deemed extreme and non-repairable, we will then remake the order. Please note any and all damage observed when signing on the delivery receipt. It is the client's full responsibility to arrange and pay for shipping back to Rustic Luxe Designs, LLC if the client approves and accepts the shipment.
International Shipping (outside U.S. & Canada)
In the case of international shipments: duties, fees, tariffs and customs charges are the responsibility of the client. It is the responsibility of the client to be familiar with import laws in their country. No refunds can be issued on items detained and/or returned by customs officials.
