All Rustic Luxe Designs products are custom-built to order based on the measurements, materials, finishes, and configurations selected at checkout.

Once your order is placed:

• You will receive an order confirmation email
• Our team reviews specifications for production
• Your build is scheduled according to current lead times

Production begins after order confirmation.

BUILD TIMELINE

Each piece is handcrafted and made specifically for your project.

Estimated production timelines are provided at checkout and may vary depending on:

• Design complexity

• Current production volume

Delivery scheduling details are provided once your order is completed.

MEASUREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

Rustic Luxe Designs manufactures products exactly to the specifications submitted at the time of purchase.

Customers are solely responsible for:

• All measurements
• All sizing decisions
• All configuration selections
• All information provided during checkout

We strongly recommend verifying dimensions with your contractor, builder, or designer prior to placing your order.

Orders cannot be remade or adjusted due to incorrect measurements or specifications submitted at checkout.

NATURAL MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Our products are crafted from wood, Garnica plywood and natural materials.

As part of the inherent beauty of these woods, the following are normal characteristics:

• Grain variation
• Knots and mineral streaks
• Natural color variation
• Seasonal expansion and contraction
• Organic movement over time

These are not considered defects but natural features of authentic wood products.

INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

Proper installation is the responsibility of the homeowner, contractor, or installer.

Rustic Luxe Designs is not responsible for:

• Structural framing issues
• Improper header support
• Incorrect opening preparation
• Installer errors

We recommend professional installation for all architectural door systems.

PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE

To preserve the integrity and appearance of your door:

• Maintain stable interior humidity levels (35–55% recommended)
• Avoid excessive moisture exposure
• Clean with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
• Periodically check and tighten hardware as needed

Natural wood movement may occur with seasonal humidity changes. This is normal and does not impact structural integrity when properly maintained.
