Return & Refund Policy
All Rustic Luxe Designs products are custom built to order and crafted specifically to the measurements and specifications provided at checkout. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of each product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom product orders, hardware, installed items, or items that are not in their original condition or packaging.
If you need assistance with measuring or have questions before placing an order, we encourage you to contact us via email, phone, or social media. Our team is always happy to help ensure accuracy and confidence before production begins.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production planning begins, a cancellation fee applies, as materials and labor are allocated immediately.
Production begins 24 hours after an order is placed. After this window, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
Accuracy & Responsibility
Rustic Luxe Designs LLC is not responsible for incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer, the customer’s builder, or any third party. All measurements and order details submitted for production must be accurate and complete.
Because each piece is custom built, no refunds will be issued for errors resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
Our Commitment
If an order is built incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will repair or remake the product at no additional cost.
Agreement
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that all Rustic Luxe Designs products are custom made and final sale, and you agree to our Terms of Service.
