Position: Warehouse Associate

RLD is a custom door manufacturer that produces top-quality solid wood doors, shelving and mantels that ship to clients across the US and Canada.
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team and work in our small but well-equipped custom woodworking shop. This is not an assembly line shop, all work is handcrafted and custom-designed.
Duties & Requirements:
- Packaging doors
- Shipping & receiving
- Building crates and pallets
- Assist with glasswork, metalwork and installing hardware on doors
- Daily organizing and cleaning of your work space
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Take on other duties in the workshops if needed
We are offering a generous and competitive hourly rate based on the candidate's experience.

Position: Wood Finisher/Painter

We are seeking an experienced Finisher to join our team and work in our small but well-equipped custom woodworking shop. This is not an assembly line shop, all work is handcrafted and custom-designed.
Duties & Requirements:
- Several years of experience with painting/staining wood materials
- Drivers License
- Experience with spray guns and Laquer-based paints/stains
- Experience with Sanding
- Ability to keep the paint area organized, as a new hire would be responsible for keeping track of particular paints/stains required for projects
- Daily organizing and scheduling of the spraying and finishing department as needed to maintain project flow
- Ability to lift up to 100Ibs
- Take on other duties in the shop if needed
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of wood painting/staining required
- Minimum of 5 years of wood repair required
