Ordering and Customization
Yes, all of our doors are custom-built to your specifications. We can accommodate specific sizes, finishes, and design preferences to ensure a perfect fit for your space.
We recommend carefully measuring your space before placing an order. If you need assistance, our team is available to guide you through the measuring process to ensure accuracy. Please reach out via email before ordering.
Yes, we offer sample finishes upon request. Contact us for details on how to order samples.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $250 for all orders within the United States and Canada. This includes curbside delivery, lift-gate service, and a scheduled delivery appointment.
Production time for custom orders is approximately six weeks. Once shipped, transit times vary:
Smaller items: 1 to 10 business days
Freight shipping for doors: 7 to 14 business days
Rush shipping is available at checkout for delivery within four weeks.
Inspect your product thoroughly upon delivery. The driver is required to wait while you check for damage. If you notice any issues, refuse the delivery and write "damaged" on the receipt. Contact us immediately to resolve the matter.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees.
Returns, Cancellations, and Order Changes
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all order details before purchasing.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, but only 40% of the total cost will be refunded. After 24 hours and before shipping, no refunds will be issued.
Rustic Luxe Designs is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer, their builder, or any third party. Please verify all dimensions before ordering.
Product Care and Installation
No, we do not recommend leaving your door in the crate for extended periods, especially outdoors. Exposure to weather and temperature changes may cause damage. The door should be removed and stored in a protected area as soon as possible.
No, we strongly advise against scheduling installation until your door has arrived and has been fully inspected. We are not responsible for contractor delays, rescheduling fees, or any costs associated with installation.
If you notice damage upon delivery, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the receipt. If you accept the package without noting damage, you will be responsible for any return shipping and repair costs. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for further assistance.
