Return, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All Rustic Luxe Designs products are custom built to order based on the measurements, materials, finishes, and specifications selected or provided by the customer at checkout.
Because each order is made specifically for the customer, all sales are final once placed.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The product is custom-made and non-resalable
- Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted
- Production begins immediately after order placement
This policy complies with card network rules for custom goods and services.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom door orders
- Hardware
- Installed products
- Items not in original packaging
This applies regardless of reason, including change of mind, project delays, or measurement discrepancies.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and are subject to a 40% cancellation fee, which covers materials procurement, labor allocation, and production scheduling.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
Once an order enters production, it is considered final and non-refundable.
MEASUREMENTS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
Rustic Luxe Designs manufactures products exactly to the specifications provided at checkout.
The customer is solely responsible for:
- All measurements
- All sizing decisions
- All information submitted during ordering
Rustic Luxe Designs is not responsible for errors provided by the customer, contractor, designer, architect, or any third party.
Orders will not be refunded, remade, or adjusted due to incorrect measurements or specifications provided to us.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DAMAGE CLAIMS:
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.
If damage is present:
- Damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt
- Claims must be reported to Rustic Luxe Designs within 12 hours of delivery
Failure to inspect and report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or claim review.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES:
By placing an order, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback for custom-made products delivered as described.
Unauthorized chargebacks for custom goods, services rendered, or orders placed with correct specifications will be disputed with:
- Order confirmation records
- Customer-provided specifications
- Production documentation
- This published policy
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will result in account suspension and recovery actions.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
By completing checkout, the customer confirms that they:
- Reviewed all specifications before ordering
- Understand the product is custom-built
- Agree to the no-refund and no-return policy
- Accept responsibility for all measurements provided
