Return Policy

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of each product being custom built and made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for any product orders, hardware, items that have been installed and items no longer in their original packaging.

Please reach out to us via email, phone, social media apps, prior to ordering if you need any assistance on measuring or have any questions at all.

CANCELLATIONS

If you choose to cancel your order item(s) at anytime prior to shipping and delivery, you will not be refunded. If you dispute the charge outside of Rustic Luxe Designs, per our Terms of Service agreement, we will recover the full payment.
***Rustic Luxe Designs LLC will not be liable or held responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer's builder, or any other party in relation to the order which results in the product(s) being the wrong size when delivered. We reserve the right that all payments are final and there will be no refunds given on our part due to incorrect information provided to us. Please make sure the measurements and quantity you select and are provided to us reflect the correct and true dimensions for the product(s) we need to construct.

 

DAMAGED ORDERS

All products must be opened and inspected upon arrival.  Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your product. Please do not dispose of the crate and pallets until you are completely satisfied with your product.  Rustic Luxe Designs is not responsible to provide shipping materials or packaging other than the original.  All return shipping and/or freight costs are the responsibility of the customer once you accept delivery.  If you see damage at delivery, refuse the shipment and let us know immediately.
