Rustic Luxe Designs offers FLAT RATE¬†SHIPPING ($250)¬†to orders¬†shipped to¬†the United States and Canada. Our shipping includes a residential delivery appointment and lift gate at delivery. All¬†custom built products will take¬†ÔĽŅ6¬†weeks¬†(some door designs and customizations will extend production time frames) to ship after order date and will arrive in one piece. Rush shipping is an option at to be calculated checkout for delivery within 4 weeks.¬†

Please be sure the shipping address provided on the invoice is the correct destination address. Rustic Luxe Designs is not responsible for reconsignment charges and you will not be refunded for your purchased items if they do not arrive. However, we will help in any way possible in contacting the shipping companies to reach out to you and have this promptly corrected.

We strive to ship out all purchased items within 6 weeks of your order. We package each product carefully and securely to ensure no damages occur. We also work very closely with our shipping carriers with confidence that your packages are handled with the best of care.


Smaller items, such as gates and saloon doors, that are shipped domestically are sent via Ground or Home Delivery. Depending on the destination, the transit time can take between 1 to 10 business days.


Large items, such as doors, shipped domestically are shipped via one of our freightliners and subject to flat rate charges, which vary according to product type. All Rustic Luxe Designs shipping costs include the following: residential delivery curbside, lift-gate and delivery appointment; any additional accessorial must be paid by the consignee or approved Rustic Luxe Designs. The average freight transit time within the United States is approximately between 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination. Please retain ALL shipping materials for 14 days after delivery. Rustic Luxe Designs and the freight company are not insured or liable to package once product has been received by you. 


  • Once the freight company has contacted you for delivery arrangements, you should make immediately. Delays in setting a delivery date, once notified by the freight company, may incur extra freight charges and storage fees up to and including the return shipping to Rustic Luxe Designs and the reshipping of the product. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all additional freight charges associated with delays in delivery once notified by the freight company.
  • Doors will ship on a custom built pallet with a protective wood crate inside the boxed packaging. This is to safeguard the door during transit only. Doors should be opened immediately to confirm their safe arrival. The driver is to wait for you to inspect both sides of the door and products.¬† Have at least one person to help you. If you see damage, refuse the delivery and write by your signature ‚Äúdoors damaged‚Äô, or a detailed description. Even though we custom build a crate to protect your door, on occasion something will happen during transit that can harm the door. You are responsible to open and completely review the door (all sides of it and all the specifications) and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving the door.¬†
  • Please do¬†NOT¬†leave your door in your crate outside exposed to the weather. Even a door that is finished here in our facility may adversely react to precipitation and temperature while in the crate. Please relocate the crate to a protected location and remove the door as soon as possible.
  • Please do¬†NOT¬†destroy or dispose of the shipping material or pallets your door is shipped in until you are completely satisfied with your product. In some cases this may mean setting the crate aside until the door is completely installed and you are completely happy. Rustic Luxe Designs is not responsible to provide another shipping crate should you dispose or destroy the one we shipped your product in if the door needs to be returned.
  • Curbside delivery is included with each order. The freight company is not responsible for anything more than curbside delivery for any order.
  • Please do not schedule the installation for your product until it has arrived, and you are completely satisfied. Rustic Luxe Designs is not responsible for any contractor‚Äôs installation or rescheduling fees.
  • Please inspect your product carefully before installation. Rustic Luxe Designs is not responsible for any costs associated with installation or de-installation including but not limited to contractor or installer time, travel, or transportation of the product for any reason including manufacturing issues.
  • If there is a manufacturing responsibility error with your order, we can only arrange pickup from where the product was dropped off.


It is the client’s responsibility to inspect their order as closely as possible before signing the delivery receipt. You have full rights to refuse the shipment if you see or suspect damage. Once we receive the shipment back, we will then inspect the shipment and make any repairs that are needed. If the repairs are deemed extreme and non-repairable, we will then remake the order. Please note any and all damage observed when signing on the delivery receipt. It is the client's full responsibility to arrange and pay for shipping back to Rustic Luxe Designs if the client signs and accepts the shipment.


In the case of international shipments:­ duties, fees, tariffs and customs charges are the responsibility of the client. It is the responsibility of the client to be familiar with import laws in their country. No refunds can be issued on items detained and/or returned by customs officials.
