The RLD FlexGuide is a premium, low-profile bottom guide engineered for smooth, stable, and perfectly aligned operation of any sliding barn door system. Designed with a modern L-shaped bracket and a flush bottom profile, it disappears into the architecture while providing maximum stability and silent performance.
Crafted from durable steel with precision machining, this guide is ideal for high-end residential and commercial applications where clean lines and flawless movement matter.

Please double-check all dimensions and plans before submitting your order.
All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued for sizing errors resulting from incorrect information.
We build exactly to the dimensions you provide - please ensure accuracy before approving your order.
WARRANTY
Finished Doors:
Covered by a 10-year limited warranty.
Warranty does not cover finishes, discoloration, damage, improper installation, or normal wear.
Unfinished Doors:
Not covered under warranty.
Please finish or seal within 2 business days of delivery to prevent warping, separating, or splitting caused by humidity or temperature changes. If your door ships unfinished, there is no warranty protection.
UNFINISHED DOORS
Our unfinished doors offer an affordable, customizable option — perfect for customers who want to apply their own paint or stain and highlight the natural beauty of each door.
NATURAL WOOD CHARACTERISTICS
Each door is unique and may include:
- Minor checking, voids, or cracks
- Tooling marks or machined edges
- Hard and loose knots
- Grain variations and color differences
- Edgebanding to loosen if not properly finished within 2 days of arrival.
These are natural characteristics of genuine wood, Garnica, etc and are not considered defects.
PREPARATION & FINISHING
- Finished RLD doors are professionally sanded and filled before staining or painting.
- Unfinished doors arrive raw — plan for approx. 8 hours of prep work (sanding both sides and all edges).
- Bondo is applied at all seams; you will need to sand before applying your finish.
- Customers may choose to fill or leave natural imperfections depending on their preferred look.
IMPORTANT NOTE
While the unfinished option is more economical, it does require more time and effort. If you're new to working with wood, we recommend choosing a factory-finished door for the best, most durable result.
