An homage to our favorite city Manalapan, Florida, introducing our exclusive and very modern Manalapan Bi-fold Doors adding privacy and a sleek look to any opening where space is limited. What is fluted reeded glass? Thin and subtle ribbing allows for some light admission while significantly obscuring objects, whereas thick bands of reeded glass create a 3-dimensional effect that contains more light but less obscurity. With four panels in each set - two that open to the left and two to the right, all hinged in the middle - these doors are the perfect addition to elevate any space. Upgrade your interior with our top-of-the-line bifold hardware and hinges. Simply provide us with your precise inside frame measurements and we will customize the perfect fit for your home.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All of our products are custom made. Orders begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications and quantity you select at checkout. As a result, the item(s) cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Please reach out to us via email, phone, social media apps, prior to ordering if you need any assistance on measuring or have any questions at all. If you choose to cancel your order item(s) prior to delivery, you will not be refunded.

CUSTOM DIMENSIONS

Rustic Luxe Designs LLC will not be liable or held responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer's builder, or any other party in relation to the order which results in the product(s) being the wrong size when delivered. We reserve the right that all payments are final and there will be no refunds given on our part due to incorrect information provided to us. Please make sure the measurements and or plans provided to us reflect the correct and true dimensions for the product(s) we need to construct.

WARRANTY

Finished doors are warrantied for 10 years. This warranty does not cover finishes, discoloration, damage, improper installation or normal wear.

Unfinished doors are not warrantied. Please finish | seal your unfinished door(s) within 3 business days of arrival. Changes in climate, temperature, humidity and storage conditions can cause doors that are not finished by Rustic Luxe Designs to warp, separate or split. Incorrect finishing and improper installation of a door can also cause warping, separating, or splitting. If the door(s) ship from Rustic Luxe Designs unfinished there is no warranty protection for warping, separating, or splitting.
